Old Salem Farm is proud to announce Geoff Lazlo Food will be taking over the management of our food and beverage service. A champion of seasonal and local sourcing for his entire career, Chef Geoff Lazlo’s vocation has taken him from Alice Water’s Chez Panisse in Berkeley, California, to Blue Hill at Stone Barns in Pocantico Hills, NY, to Gramercy Tavern in Manhattan, where he was sous chef for 5 years. A native of Greenwich, Connecticut
Geoff and his family moved home to pursue one of his dreams, to create a restaurant that would showcase seasonal cooking and highlight the produce and artisanal products of the area, Mill Street Bar & Table. In 2018 Chef Lazlo created Geoff Lazlo Food, a high end catering and event management company.
Geoff has recently partnered with his friend and colleague chef Robb Garceau. Robb has worked in celebrated New York City establishments including Jean-Georges , Creative Edge Parties, Union Square Events, Great Performances and Sonnier & Castle. Robb is recognized for developing and executing the famed Box Frites concession stand at the Mets’ Citi Field ballpark as well as cooking for premiere events such as Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic.
The vision of Geoff Lazlo Food is to bring higher quality and well sourced food to all levels of the consumer experience, whether it be in your home or in a retail environment.
We are delighted to partner with Geoff Lazlo Food and are looking forward to a great season.
